The brief was to create a concept for a digital platform to share and gift music.

'Get set for Mixette.' Mixette is a idea that stemmed from a simple question. How might people gift music to others they care about? Mixette is a response to this challenge while utilising Spotify’s API.

Using a nostalgic object, namely; the casette tape. Mixette aims to make sharing and compiling music mix tapes easy and accessible by leveraging off other platforms like SoundCloud and Spotify to create playlists.

The design is based around 80's clashing patterns and the Memphis style to push visual design to greater boundaries and to bring composition and typography to the forefront of design consideration.
